  • "Be where you are, not where you think you should be." I’ve been using yoga a lot at the moment as part of my wellness routine and a way of making the most of this extra time. I’m usually at home. Just me trying to keep in the moment, not getting swept away with thoughts of the holiday I should be on or the birthday party missed. It’s not always easy to see but there are beautiful moments happening every day, try to appreciate them all🧘🏽‍♀️
